What scholarship mean to me
In layman terms, to me scholarship means smart people who have free study fees :D
I'm right right?
But after giving this question some thought, I feel that scholarship is a reward for your hard work, and an encouragement to keep up the good work! It is also a chance to live your life freely WITH DISCIPLINE, without your parents. It is a chance that helps you to adapt and see the world in a different way.

What responsibilities a scholar has
Study hard to replay the government is pretty more of the outside part of studying.

I feel that a scholar must have the responsibility to feel motivated and motivate his friends! He also has the responsibility to keep his scores ahead of others and be able to focus between his studies and job.

What are some of the obstacles I think I will face
I feel that one big obstacle I will face is distraction and lack of discipline. I think I will work more than study or play more than study. Hence I don't really believe in much scholarship hopes. Sorry.

But I believe with determination and motivation, one should be oblivious to all obstacles, or maybe being able to overcome all obstacles easily because if you have determination, it means that you already have a goal in mind, right?

Is a scholar also a leader? How so?
I believe that everybody is a leader! Whether they are normal students or even canteen stall vendors, they are leaders in some way, but there are bad ones and good ones though. A leader does not need to have followers, they just need their spirit to follow where their goal and mindset.

Who and how do you intend to serve as a scholar?
As a scholar, I do not SERVE anyone but I HELP others in times of need (within my means). I do not help or serve anyone for a specific reason. Its my joy! ((:
Okay but maybe, I can help serve the country in many small ways if I cant serve in a big way.
