Describe any new experiences
- overseas experiences

- work experiences
- courses or workshops

Well, I'm pretty unsure if you consider managing a blogshop some kind of work experience but I see it as a kind of working experience because I get to earn money, meet people I have never met and of course, learnt many new things.

Managing a blogshop may be a little tiring because you have to choose the items you wish to sell. For example, many blogshops are currently selling New Future Shorts so you have to spot a perfect picture from a suitable (cheap) supplier and post it up after choosing a price. There are many terms like preorders and capping to be learnt and sometimes you have to ask in order to understand.
But there is one rule that we all have to understand.
No payment, No order.
It basically means that you will meet the person twice, first is for the buyer to pass the seller the money with trust and second is for the seller to pass the item to you.

So because of this rule, there are many scams about and its not easy to spot a scam blogshop, so we have to be on our guard. Recently, I was involved in a scam case with regards to a few thousands of dollars. Well, I'm not really sure if thats the real amount but the police were pulled into the picture too. This case is pretty confusing because there were 4 suppliers involved too, so I'm unable to explain it :x

Of course, we also have to advertise ALOT for your blogshop and all you get is just a small number of customers and really little profit.

Discuss any new perspectives I have gained:
I have begun to realise that trust is a very important key when you are buying from a blogshop.
Creativity is also an important factor. With creativity, you can attract more customers.
Of course, you need to get your friend's support. Currently, my friend and I has a blogshop and she has many orders from friends and I, on the other hand have many orders from public.

I feel that I prefer meeting people I never met before because I can make new friends and maybe get regulars! Furthermore, when my customers feedback about my blogshop, I feel that these are the true comments my blogshop needs.

During this vacation, I have learnt to be not so softhearted and not to be so kind to give discounts for every small mistake I have made, for example I was late for 5 minutes and I gave her a discount of 50 cents. My partner was getting a little unhappy with my softheartedness.
I have also learnt to arrange and manage my time well to save transport cost. Instead of travelling to the meetup place two times to meet two different people, I arrange both on the same day. However there is a tactic too, which I'm not going to reveal. (:

After so much of my experience, I'm sure you want to know my blogshop address! [:
